who r we?????????

Computer Literacy 4 Kids (CL4K), Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in the year 2000. While studying computer science at the University of California, Berkeley, founder Ankur Luthra noticed that nearby high schools and middle schools had a severe lack of computers and computer science tutors. CL4K was founded to help fill this need for computer-related items and education, and the Organization’s first chapter opened in Berkeley, CA, in the year 2000. CL4K has been generously supported by generous individuals and companies such as Microsoft and Wells Fargo. While many believe that only major donations make a significant difference, a single computer donation alone means the world to a child in need. So CL4K has no minimum donation amount/size.CL4K accepts computer donations in the Bay Area, California (namely, San Jose, Berkeley, San Francisco, Palo Alto, Saratoga, Los Altos, and other Bay Area cities). We accept mailed in donations of many other forms as well; please see the "How can you help?" section for more detail.
The Organization provides donated computers, hardware, and software directly to the youth and uses donated money entirely to purchase computer-related items needed by the youths. No member, including the Board of Directors, is allowed to take any salary. All funds and resources will be used to further the Organization’s mission.
